As I have searched the Web, I've come across some interesting and useful links. Some are professional sites worth noting. Some are sites with general The Children's Prot information. Some are sites I personally find interesting. And a couple are just plain self-serving (like the one to my sister's and brother-in-law's web page about model railroading)!

The Board of Behavioral Sciences : This will lead you to licensing information for Marriage and Family Therapists, L.C.S.W.'s and Licensed Educational Psychologists, provide some additional useful links and will list the most recent disciplinary actions.

California Board of Psychology : This links you to the Board of Psychology for all licensing questions.

National Board of Certified Counselors, Inc. : A non-governmental entity that provides national testing and confers the "National Certified Counselor" designation.
